Floorzi offers returns/exchanges for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please review the following criteria prior to contacting Customer Service at support@floorzi.com for your Return Authorization number (RA).
General Terms
Return Window: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Condition Requirements: Products must be in original, unopened packaging with all manufacturer seals intact. Opened boxes cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover handling, inspection, and restocking costs.
Return Shipping: Floorzi will arrange return shipping logistics with an approved freight carrier. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount or billed separately.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@floorzi.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive return instructions and authorization.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Minimum Return Quantities
A minimum of 5 boxes is required for all returns.
For leftover quantities of 1-4 boxes, Floorzi recommends keeping the extra boxes in storage in case needed for future repairs.
Non-Returnable Items
Floorzi does not accept returns/exchanges on the following products:
- Products damaged by the customer
- Special orders, clearance items, and discontinued items
- Samples
- Accessories
- Sundries (including: underlayment, tape, flooring adhesives, moisture control products, splines, care kits, and fasteners)
