Please read these terms carefully before placing an order

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Floorzi, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Floorzi.

2. Products & Pricing

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the actual color and texture of the products.

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, prices are locked at the time of order placement.

Product Availability: We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but products may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

Samples: Product samples are available to help you make an informed decision. Sample prices and policies are subject to the terms outlined on our sample ordering page.

3. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and financing options through approved third-party providers.

Payment Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including product costs, shipping fees, and applicable taxes.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Coverage: We ship to all addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Shipping Fees: Orders of $1,999 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $1,999 incur a flat $99 shipping fee.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery is 3-10 business days from order placement. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier schedules.

Delivery Method: All flooring orders of 2+ boxes will be delivered curbside via freight carrier on shrink-wrapped pallets. Signature may be required for delivery.

Inspection Upon Delivery: Customer must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt and prior to accepting delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of acceptance. Customer must document any damage with photographs and report such damage to Floorzi within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to inspect shipments upon delivery and report damage within the specified timeframe may result in denial of damage claims.

Refusal of Delivery: Customer reserves the right to refuse delivery if the shipment is severely damaged or otherwise unacceptable. In such cases, Customer must immediately notify Floorzi of the refusal and the reason therefor. Refused shipments must be documented with photographs showing the condition that necessitated refusal.

Multiple Warehouses: Orders may ship from multiple warehouses. Some products may ship separately and arrive on different days.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return Window: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Condition Requirements: Products must be in original, unopened packaging with all manufacturer seals intact. Opened boxes cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover handling, inspection, and restocking costs.

Return Shipping: Floorzi will arrange return shipping logistics with an approved freight carrier. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount or billed separately.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@floorzi.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive return instructions and authorization.

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Products damaged by the customer, special orders, clearance items, and samples are non-returnable.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Manufacturer Warranties: All flooring products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. Floorzi is not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims.

Warranty Registration: Some manufacturers require warranty registration. It is the customer's responsibility to register products with the manufacturer if required.

Limitation of Liability: Floorzi's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for installation costs, labor, or consequential damages.

Installation: Floorzi is not responsible for installation. Improper installation may void manufacturer warranties. We recommend professional installation in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Color Variation: Natural materials may have color, grain, and texture variations. These variations are not defects and are not grounds for return or warranty claims.

7. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Floorzi is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

Product Suitability: You are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for your intended use. We recommend ordering samples before placing large orders.

Quantity Calculations: You are responsible for calculating the correct quantity needed for your project, including overage for waste and future repairs. We recommend ordering 10% extra.

Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Floorzi or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without express written permission from Floorzi.

9. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.
