Shipping Overview

Standard Delivery Time: 3-10 business days from order placement.

Coverage: We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping Cost: FREE on orders over $1,999. Flat rate of $99 on orders under $1,999.

What to Expect

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Tracking Information: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Freight carrier information will be included in your initial tracking email.

Curbside Delivery: All flooring orders of 2+ boxes will be delivered curbside on shrink-wrapped pallets.

Packaging: Products arrive in manufacturer's original packaging for quality assurance.

Delivery Details

Freight Carriers: Large orders are shipped via major freight carriers on pallets.

Inspection: Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery for any damage.

Damaged Shipments: Document any damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours.

Appointment Scheduling: Freight deliveries require phone appointment scheduling with the carrier.

Multiple Warehouses: Orders may ship from multiple warehouses depending on product availability. Some products may ship separately and arrive on different days.
